Refund & Returns Policy | Man or Beast – Men’s Activewear Clothing Australia

We want you to feel confident in your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got a 30-day return policy for all eligible orders within Australia.


How Returns Work

You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Tags still attached

To start a return, email us at manorbeast@outlook.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid Australia Post return label

  • Simple instructions on how to send it back

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first as we won’t be able to accept them.


Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? The quickest way is to:

  1. Return your item using the steps above

  2. Place a new order for the product you want


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us ASAP at manorbeast@outlook.com.au so we can sort it out fast.


Refunds

Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. If so:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us
